    Too much spending on computer tech and not enough spent on people to interact with people/taxpayer/us citizens! Time wasted at computer and on telephone before I could get to a real person. All I wanted was the mailing address (vehicle titles) which they could have put on the website: PO Box 9909, zip 98507.
