  I have attempted to schedule a trial, and to get public records. Both attempts have been tedious at best; if I got what was promised. Mostly I was handed off from one employee to another. What I found with further investigation was that they have NO system of quality control. They have no idea whether they are achieving their goals. And their goals fall far short of the public's expectations. The real story is the County spends millions of dollars and does not know what it intends to accomplish, and even less if they did do that. And they are stuck in 20th century technologically. The technology of the 21st century provides no benefit to the citizens.

  Presiding Judge Brett Buckley makes it next to impossible for people to respect, and or have respect for him, when he continually and arrogantly demonstrates absolutely no respect for anyone except himself. in October 2016 a man was sentenced to 14 years in prison for throwing acid on Brett Buckley at the door of his home. I do not condone violence upon any human being ever. However, I can't help but find certain spiritual principles such as "Do unto others as you would have done unto you" and "karma", as well as the more common "You get what you give", to be timely, intriguing, and convincingly compelling arguments for acting for the greater good rather than personal gain. No one ever escapes their karma! And neither do presiding judges who can either choose to act for the greater good, and or follow their personal bad intentions. In the meantime Brett Buckley should meditate and or pray upon the phrase "Judge not lest ye be judged". A judge's robe, an unattractive smirk, demonstrable arrogance, and severe sarcasm are NOT signs of true strength, but instead truly reveal their apparent weaknesses.
