- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I did not think Ms. Rivera was interested or knowledgeable about product liability and resulting injuries, including mine from an office cabinet door falling on my head. In the 3 years I engaged her, 4 times she referred to my injury as resulting from a car accident. She would not tell me her legal research or strategy for my case. I did not agree to the small settlement offered and rescinded my approval. After we parted ways, my own research found that the same patented overhead flipper door had fallen off onto another worker's head in another state exactly five (5) months before one fell on me.By san lange, December 25, 2016
