  EXCELLENT ON SITE MANAGER. WE ARE LOST STEPCHILD OF KCH, MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET SIMPLE WORK ORDERS DONE. HORRIBLE HALF A_ _ED GARDENER EVEN AFTER 8 MILLION $ RECENT UPDATES. PREVIOSE UPPER MGR REFUSED TAX DEDUCTIONS ETC IN CALCULATING ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME ( she BROKE LAW; $4,000 DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE ! ), "TOO MUCH WORK" WAS THE EXCUSE. I REQUESTED TO SEE MY FILE & WAS FORCED TO FILE FORMAL GRIEVANCE JUST TO VIEW MY FILE W KCH & STILL THEY ARE NON COMPLIANT X 5 YRS. CHARGED 3X FOR DEPOSIT ON SERVICE DOG. THERE ARE NO DEPOSITS ON SERVICE ANIMALS! Their book keeping company cannot even produce a ledger that a tax attorney can Deceifer. My favorite was the false "make on your computer @ home legal doc sent me with phony legal signature, (family members), & the solicitation of letters against me by same person, so they could force me illegally to return to casa madrona during construction, while medical accommodation in place. Hotel staff gave me my original file w docs when I left)! PROBLEMS ARE ALL UPPER SUITES, NOT INSIDE ANGEL OF A MGR KK!! She is the ONLY REASON WE STAY. PRE MGR ON site engaging in too close a relationships w SEVERAL male residents at time & fired finally. CURRENT MGR IS MY HERO & ANGEL; NOT SURE HOW SHE TOLERATES THE SUITES,, WHO FORGOT WHY THEY ARE EVEN HERE... GOD CERTAINLY HAS A PLACE RESERVED IN HEAVEN FOR HER!! (KK).
