  I have done business with Laura for several years worth of taxes. Laura is very professional but I called today to try to reach her and was spoken to incredibly demeaning and awfully. I was hung up on when I mentioned I may have to go somewhere else since laura was not in and I am in a time crunch. I called back to ask why I was hung up on and got yelled at again because I wanted to go somewhere else then hung up on again. Are you kidding me? How do you represent someones company and name this way? It's beyond unprofessional and I will be speaking to Laura personally about the way I was treated!!! I do not recommend this company for any bookkeeping needs unless you wanted to be treated like garbage and walked on. Beyond dissatisfied and disappointed!!!

Beyond her high professional standards I'll note that she is also an exceptionally kind and patient person. Highly recommended!
