  She started out like she was doing a good job for me, but it got worse and worse. And pretended she was going to trial for me, and charged me all trial prep and last minute pressured me in a deal with promises of fixing it later or the other side wouldn't follow through. When I send her emails she would send rude degrading emails back, she pretends to do things for you, but in the end pressures you to give into the other side. Doesn't send you her side of the communication with the opposing counsel. She drags things on and on and never gives a answer so she can nickel and dime you to death. I am very regretful I had her as my attorney and wish I had fired her along time ago. Please do not retain her as your attorney you will regret it. would never never never recommend this attorney to anyone. We came to her for help with a restrainin order and to investigate the well-being of two Liberian children. We traveled to WA from another state to appear in court but she never even got the chance to let us speak. She cowered in court which was a 180 degree change from her demeanor in the office. She took it upon herself to "reasearch" international adoptions. She did this without our consent and then charged us over $800 for her time. When we chanllenged the bill - hold on to your hats because she became very abusive and threatening in email and essentially fired us as clients right on the spot. She never did bring the situationn to closure. She has a temper that will make your head spin. Do NOT risk your time and money with her. Anne is an angry misanthrope who bullies her junior attys, her staff and her clients. If you dare to disagree with her, she switches from venomously attacking the opposing party to venomously attacking YOU. She browbeats her staff in front of clients; she yells sarcastically at clients and her cowed young junior attys alike; and the practice is run on a constant-crisis basis, with no forewarning about court deadlines and no regard for the destructive effect on clients' jobs and peace of mind. Clients are billed for unreturned calls, emails and texts, and then mocked for their inability to pay unexpectedly high bills. This atty works with victims because she is only comfortable in an abusive/bully role herself. Stay away if you wish to be treated with respect and kindness.

  I was in need of help with not a lot of time to spare. I was and am very impressed with the help I am recieving from Redford Law Firm (Sarah). She has done a very good job at making this hard process go as smooth as possible, and it is very much appreciated!!

  Ms. Redford is a tirant and unworthy of anyone's time. I would never use her again. She is more interested in furthering her own agenda than helping her clients and her belittling attitude is appalling. She is a bully and believes that she is somehow of greater importance than her clients and staff. She clearly has anger management issues and preys upon people who put there faith in her when they are at their most dire need. Whilst asking her a valid question she screeched over me that she was the one asking questions not me. Needless to say I did not hand over the $3,000 she wanted as a retainer! She seems to operate on instilling fear and bullying, neither things that work well with clients of abuse. Steer clear of this one, there are so many more qualified attorneys of quality. No one needs her drama and baggage.
